A purposive sampling method was used to draw a sample of 90 respondents (65 trainees and 25 trainers). Questionnaires were issued to respondents and SPSS Version 17.0 was used to analyze the data collected. The study revealed that, though the Church has not integrated modern ICT tools in the lay leadership training, lay leaders have an experience in the use of ICT as a teaching and learning tool. Also, the facilitators (trainers)have not been trained by The Church of Pentecost in the use of ICT and previous years lay leadership training programme has not been collaborative among trainees since lessons were not presented in a more dynamic way than simply lecturing and writing on the blackboard. It was recommended that, the Leadership of the church of Pentecost should take steps to implement and integrate ICT methods of Teaching and learning into the lay leadership training programme, thus Power-point/ Projector method should be employed as a principal tool. Also, steps must be taken to acquire Projectors and computers for the facilitation of the lay leadership training programme.
